Good Standing, Unconditional!
    On the Hawaii State Assessment, 78% of Royal’s gr. 3-5 students were proficient in reading and 72% were proficient in math. Through the hard work of the students, teachers, parents and Royal’s community, we exceeded the State’s Adequate Yearly Progress goals.

Student Celebration Day
    On September 18, the proud Royal Ohana of students, faculty and staff gathered together for Student Celebration Day. During the assembly, grades 4 and 5 were recognized for their efforts in meeting the State’s Adequate Yearly Progress goals.  The faculty and staff were also recognized for their efforts. The assembly concluded with the entire student body singing a special song. All were then treated to ice pops and received special recognition pencils.

Distinguished Achievement Award
    On November 13, 2006, Royal School was awarded a “Distinguished Achievement Award”. This award applauds schools that achieved Adequate Yearly Progress.
